You'll be on Rua Roquete Mendonça, in the São José neighborhood — the part of Pampulha known as the 'backyard' of UFMG and the sports complex. It's a quiet, tree-lined street, just a few minutes' walk from Lagoa da Pampulha, Parque Guanabara, and the Mineirão stadium. Around the corner you'll reach Avenida Antônio Carlos and Avenida Abrahão Caram, with immediate access to the MOVE/BRT corridor, bus stops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and plenty of affordable restaurants. Good to know: we operate as a vacation rental (self-catering), so we don't serve breakfast, and the outlets are 110V.

Before your arrival, we will send all access instructions (key and/or gate and room codes) via the app or WhatsApp, along with the full address and directions on how to get here. These instructions are released once every guest on the reservation has sent a photo of their ID document (RG or Passport) — a simple, mandatory procedure for everyone's safety.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out until 12 noon (alternative times can be arranged with our team, subject to availability). Your room is private and has its own key. In addition, you have access to the common areas of the house: a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender and utensils), a living area and a laundry room with a washing machine, sink and clothesline. About the Neighborhood (São José / Pampulha) You will be in the São José neighborhood, known as the "backyard" of UFMG and the Pampulha sports complex.
