Come and relax in a space designed for families and small groups. Accommodating up to 4 guests, we offer a versatile sleeping arrangement (1 double bed and 2 single beds), ensuring comfort for everyone. A practical location with a welcoming atmosphere.

Max Capacity: The space strictly accommodates up to 4 people to ensure comfort. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and Check-out is by 11:00 AM (please adjust times if necessary). Quiet Hours: We ask that you respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Linens: We provide sheets, pillows, and blankets for the double bed and both single beds.

Our space was thoughtfully planned to offer a great night's sleep and practicality. Unlike many accommodations that rely on sofa beds, we prioritize real comfort for every guest.

The sleeping configuration features:

One spacious Double bed with a comfortable mattress.

Two Single beds, perfect for children or adults.

The environment is airy, well-lit, and comes with full bed linens for all beds. It is the perfect refuge to recharge your energy after a day of sightseeing or working in the city. The layout allows the group to be together while maintaining individual space.

Guests have exclusive and full access to all advertised areas. You are free to use the sleeping area and the bathroom. (Note: If you have a kitchen or living room, add here: "Additionally, the living room and equipped kitchen are at your entire disposal.")

I like to give my guests complete privacy so they can feel at home. However, I am always available via message or phone to answer questions, give local tips, or resolve any issues that may arise during your stay.

About the Neighborhood (São José / Pampulha) You will be in the São José neighborhood, known as the "backyard" of UFMG and the Pampulha sports complex.

University Vibe: The street is calm and tree-lined, but just around the corner, you will find all the convenience of Av. Antônio Carlos and Av. Abrahão Caram.

Leisure & Services: We are a few minutes' walk from Pampulha Lagoon, Guanabara Park, and the Mineirão Stadium. The region is very well served by pharmacies, bakeries, gyms, and supermarkets.

Dining: Due to the proximity to the university, there are several affordable restaurant options (daily specials), snack bars, and fast food joints on the main avenues nearby.

Transport and Mobility Mobility is the strong point of this address. You are right next to the rapid transport corridor (BRT/MOVE) on Av. Antônio Carlos.

Walking: You can reach the UFMG entrance or Mineirão in less than 10 to 15 minutes by foot.
