Private, cozy and airy room in a shared house in the São José neighborhood, just minutes from UFMG, Lagoa da Pampulha and the Mineirão stadium. It sleeps up to 4 guests in 3 real beds — 1 double and 2 singles —, no sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the house, and the room does not have a TV. It sits right by the MOVE/BRT corridor on Av. Antônio Carlos, with quick access to downtown BH. Ideal for families and small groups.

São José neighborhood, the "backyard" of UFMG and the Pampulha sports complex — a calm, tree-lined street, just around the corner from Av. Antônio Carlos and Av. Abrahão Caram. A few minutes' walk away are the Lagoa da Pampulha, Parque Guanabara, and the Estádio Mineirão; on foot, you can reach the UFMG gate or the Mineirão in about 10 to 15 minutes. It sits right beside the MOVE/BRT corridor on Av. Antônio Carlos, with access to downtown BH in around 20 minutes (UFMG or Mineirão stations). Main lines: 5106 (Savassi and BH Shopping), 51/52 MOVE (Centro and Área Hospitalar), S54 (Shopping Del Rey), and 503/504 (neighborhood and surroundings). An easy spot to find for Uber and 99. The area is well served by pharmacies, bakeries, gyms, supermarkets, and affordably priced restaurants.

Our space is a private room inside a shared, simple and welcoming house in the São José neighborhood. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the rest of the house, and the room was designed to offer a great night's rest with everyday practicality. Unlike many places that rely on sofa beds, here we value real comfort for every guest.

The sleeping setup includes:
- One spacious double bed with a comfortable mattress.
- Two single beds, great for children or adults.

The room is airy and well lit, with blackout curtains and complete bedding for every bed. You also have Wi-Fi, a fan, an iron and a washing machine, plus the shared, equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave and fridge) and hot water in the shower. Please note that the room does not have a TV.

As this is a shared house, we keep a few simple agreements that make living together easy for everyone: no frying food in the kitchen, smoking only in the backyard and, in the spirit of "if you use it, clean it", leaving each area ready for the next person. It is the perfect retreat to recharge after a day out or a day of work in the city, with a layout that keeps everyone close while giving each person their own space.

For families with babies, a crib is available on request — just let us know in advance.

Welcome to Wafeh Guest House, at Rua Roquete Mendonça, 64, in the heart of Pampulha — just minutes from the Mineirão stadium, UFMG and the Lagoa waterfront. Our access is self-service (self check-in), designed for your independence and convenience.

Before your arrival, we will send all access instructions (key and/or gate and room codes) via the app or WhatsApp, along with the full address and directions on how to get here. These instructions are released once every guest on the reservation has sent a photo of their ID document (RG or Passport) — a simple, mandatory procedure for everyone's safety.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out until 12 noon (alternative times can be arranged with our team, subject to availability). Your room is private and has its own key. In addition, you have access to the common areas of the house: a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender and utensils), a living area and a laundry room with a washing machine, sink and clothesline.
