• Top Tip: Look for the standout yellow house on the street. Access is very straightforward, and there is easy and safe street parking available right in front of the property.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following rules: 1. Logistics and Timing: • Check-in and Check-out: Must be strictly followed. • Late Check-out: Failure to comply with the checkout time without prior authorization will result in a $50 USD fine (converted to BRL) to cover cleaning team rescheduling and logistics. • Breakfast: We do not provide breakfast service. 2. Kitchen and Cleaning (Fees): • Dishes and Stove: All dishes used must be washed, dried, and put away. The stove must be cleaned after use. • Dirty Dish Fee: If checkout is performed with any amount of dirty dishes, an extra fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged. • Trash: Upon checkout, all trash must be removed from the room, properly tied, and placed in the drum located in the outdoor bathroom area. Do not leave trash bags inside the property. • Property Condition: The room and common areas must be left as close as possible to the state they were found in.
3. Bathroom and Linens: • Bathroom: The room is private, but the bathroom is strictly SHARED. Please keep it clean and dry after use out of respect for other guests. • Linen Damage: Excessive dirt or damage to linens (makeup, blood, wine stains, etc.) that prevents immediate reuse will result in a special laundry fee or the replacement cost of the item. 4. Conduct and Coexistence: • Attire: It is forbidden to walk shirtless or in underwear in common areas and hallways. • Respect and Silence: Disrespect towards other guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Absolute silence is required between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM. • Visitors: Entry of people not included in the original reservation is prohibited. 5. Security and Legal: • Cameras: There is 24-hour camera monitoring in common areas and hallways for everyone's safety (no cameras in bathrooms or inside bedrooms). • Minors: May only stay if accompanied by parents or with official notarized authorization. • Damages: Any damage to the property must be immediately reported to Wafeh support.
