Prado is a quiet, residential neighborhood in Belo Horizonte, featuring tree-lined streets and excellent local infrastructure. In the building: there's a bakery on the ground floor — just walk downstairs to get fresh bread, coffee, and snacks. Within a 5-minute walk: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and several bus stops on Av. Amazonas. Within a 15-minute walk: the bars and restaurants of Barroca and Gutierrez, as well as Praça da Assembleia. By car or ride-hailing app (up to 10 minutes): Savassi, Funcionários, Central Market, and Praça da Liberdade. This is the ideal neighborhood for those seeking a peaceful base with easy access to all areas of Belo Horizonte.

Our building has been completely restored and adapted for short-term stays, offering compact and functional apartments in the Prado neighborhood of Belo Horizonte. It is located on the corner of Rua Thompson Flores and Av. Amazonas — with a bakery right next door, on the ground floor of the building. Access is 100% digital: no keys and no need to meet the host. Upon arrival, enter your code on the entrance panel, go up the stairs, and enter the code for your apartment. Codes are sent before check-in. All apartments have independent access by code, a private bathroom with porcelain finishes, and large windows with plenty of natural light.
