Our loft is located in a carefully restored historic building that preserves the original architecture while offering the comfort of modern accommodation. The Prado neighborhood is peaceful, tree-lined, and has excellent infrastructure with restaurants, bakeries, and shops just steps away. It's ideal for couples, business travelers, or anyone seeking convenience with charm in Belo Horizonte.

The loft is a compact and functional studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes a double bed, individually controlled air conditioning, Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with pots, utensils, and dishes, a private bathroom with polished cement porcelain finishes, closets in the bedroom and kitchen, and two windows that provide excellent natural lighting. Some apartments offer a balcony overlooking Thompson Flores Street.

Access is 100% digital password—no keys and no need to meet the host. When you arrive, simply enter the password on the building’s entrance panel, go up the stairs, and enter the password on your room’s panel. Passwords will be sent before check-in. Documents for all guests must be sent before arrival. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out until 12:00 PM.

Prado is a quiet, residential neighborhood in Belo Horizonte, featuring tree-lined streets and excellent local infrastructure. In the building: there's a bakery on the ground floor — just walk downstairs to get fresh bread, coffee, and snacks. Within a 5-minute walk: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and several bus stops on Av. Amazonas. Within a 15-minute walk: the bars and restaurants of Barroca and Gutierrez, as well as Praça da Assembleia. By car or ride-hailing app (up to 10 minutes): Savassi, Funcionários, Central Market, and Praça da Liberdade.
