A practical, cozy retreat right on the waterfront, just minutes from the Mineirão.


You'll be on the waterfront of the Lagoa da Pampulha, on Avenida Otacílio Negrão de Lima, in Belo Horizonte — one of the city's most charming areas. The Mineirão is about 5 minutes away, and the surroundings bring together Pampulha's modernist architectural complex and the waterfront, perfect for walks and bike rides (available for a fee). A quiet, well-located street, ideal for those seeking rest as well as those coming for business.


A compact, functional 12 sq m (3x4) studio, with a double bed, a living area, and air conditioning controlled by the guest.

Unit kitchen: a single-burner induction cooktop with a pan, plus dishes, glasses, and cutlery for simple meals. For the safety of the space, frying is not allowed.

For more elaborate cooking, you can use the house's shared kitchen, equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and air fryer.


Quick, self check-in: you enter the house by passcode from 3 p.m., with complete privacy in the interior space. The outdoor area is monitored by security cameras.
