You're about 5 minutes from the Mineirão Stadium and very close to the São Francisco de Assis Church (a Niemeyer work), as well as restaurants, bars, and the bike path that wraps around the lagoon. It's a great area for walks, runs, and bike rides along the water.

Before your arrival, we reach out through the platform to arrange your check-in time and guide you through everything about accessing the guesthouse. On arrival, our team welcomes you and hands over the key to your accommodation, which is completely private. Check-in is from 15h and check-out is until 12h; if you need a different time, let us know in advance and we will do our best to help, subject to availability. During your stay, you have access to the guesthouse's common areas, such as the pool and barbecue (barbecue use is charged separately), and the Wi-Fi password is provided on arrival. For those coming by car, there is paid parking on site for R$ 80 per day, subject to availability and with advance booking — just send us the license plate and the vehicle model. For everyone's safety and peace of mind, the property has cameras in the common areas.
