The loft is a compact, functional studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a double bed, individual air conditioning controlled by the guest, a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, pots and pans, utensils and dishware. The private bathroom is finished in cement-effect porcelain tile. There are wardrobes in the bedroom and the kitchen, plus two windows that let in wonderful natural light. Access is fully self-service, using a digital code — no keys and no need to meet the host. The accommodation is set in a restored historic building at Rua Thompson Flores, 73, in the Prado neighborhood, just minutes from Belo Horizonte's main avenues. Before check-in, you'll receive your access codes. On arrival, simply enter the code on the panel at the building's entrance and then the code on the panel of your unit. As the building is historic and has no elevator, the units are reached by stairs. Check-in is from 15h and check-out until 12h; if you need a different time, let us know in advance so we can check availability. For your safety and in line with the platform's policies, we ask that identification documents for all guests be sent before arrival. The building does not have its own parking, but there are good options nearby and we'll be glad to recommend the best ones for you.
